Today, Friday Oct. 30 is the last day to cast an early vote in Boston, while Miami early voting polling stations will open until Nov. 1. Florida has collected more than 7.5 million votes with vote-by-mail and in-person voting. And, in Massachusetts over 2 million people have casted their votes.
Regina Clinton, a Brookline resident, decided to vote early on Oct. 27 in Brookline Town Hall, Boston. She said she wanted to get her vote in and avoid long lines on Election Day.

Counting down to Election Day election officials face a dilemma with face mask wearing among voters. In-person voting is a constitutional right, and even in states where mask-use is mandatory, its unconstitutional to enforce it in the polling place, which supposes a health-risk under the pandemic.
Florida’s biggest counties told the Sun Sentinel that they have little choice but to allow anti-maskers to cast their ballots.
A group of people gathered at the entrance connecting the parking lot to the Miami-Dade Elections Headquarters, to campaign for city council candidates and county mayor. Different from the inside of the polling station were people lined up 6-feet-apart to cast their ballot.
Even though multiple states have seen a record turnout of voters, many U.S. citizens have decided not to vote in the 2020 Elections on Nov. 3, like Shunyo Mahom. The California resident said, that “not voting is also an opinion”.
